Aromatic and envelopingly rich
Made with grapes from our own vineyards in La Cueva de Roa. Harvested in the first half of October at their optimum ripeness. Destemmed and fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 28ºC. Macerated for 15 days with continuous pumpovers to ensure good colour extraction.
This wine is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels and the rest in bottle until it is marketed.
